Birthday Nights

There is really nothing to critique here. Were is the story in this photo, what is the message your trying to convey. You managed to expose christmas lights correctly.. Thats all I see. I hope I do not come off as rude, but unless your just doing stock photos, an image must tell a story, set a mood or convey a feeling. This image has none of that. Try having someone sit at the end of the patio with a birthday cake or something. You need to have a subject in this type of photo and have them doing something.. Hope this helps..
